Terms of Use
Effective October 12, 2026.
This is a translation of the Swedish original. If the versions differ, the Swedish version applies.
These terms apply when you use the Your Day app. The app is published by Daniel Kim ("we"). By using the app, you accept these terms. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
The service
Your Day helps children manage everyday routines, such as mornings, mealtimes, and evenings, with pictures, sounds, stars, and rewards. The app is available as a free version and with Premium. What Premium includes is shown in the app.
Who uses the app
The app should be installed and set up by an adult who is a parent or guardian, or who has a guardian's permission. Children use the app together with the adult. The adult is responsible for the settings, for parent mode and its PIN, and for purchases.
Premium, free trial, and payment
- Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown before you buy.
- New subscribers can try Premium free for 14 days. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Otherwise, the subscription starts and is charged when the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically, one period at a time, and is charged at the start of each new period, until you cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop it from renewing.
- You cancel the subscription in the App Store (on iPhone under Settings › your name › Subscriptions) or in Google Play (under Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Payment is handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Questions about refunds go to Apple or Google.
- If Premium ends, everything stays in the app. What is part of Premium is just hidden until Premium is active again.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. Purchases in the App Store and Google Play are withdrawn through Apple or Google, according to their rules. During the free trial, you can always cancel at no cost.
Safety for children
The app has no ads and no chat. Purchases and parent mode are behind an adult gate. The stars in the app are not money and cannot be exchanged for money.
Responsibility
- The app supports everyday life and does not replace an adult's supervision.
- The wake-up in the app only starts when the app is opened in the morning. The app does not wake your child, so use the phone's regular alarm.
- The advice and times for toothbrushing are general and do not replace advice from a dentist.
- We do our best to keep the app working, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Rights to the content
The app, the characters, the pictures, the sounds, and the texts belong to us or to those we license them from. You may use the app for your family's own use. You may not copy, sell, or modify the app.
App Store
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard terms for apps (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also apply.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will tell you about major changes in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
Disputes and law
Swedish law applies. If we cannot agree, you as a consumer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.
