Delete data in Your Day

Your Day has no accounts, and almost everything is saved only on the phone. This is how you delete it.

What is on the phone

• The children's names, routines, stars, settings and face pictures are saved only on the phone and in your own backup. We never receive them.
• Remove the face pictures in parent mode with Remove the face.
• Deleting the app deletes everything the app has saved on the phone.
• Delete the backup in your iCloud or Google account in the phone's backup settings.

What we have

• When you buy Premium, RevenueCat, which handles purchases for us, saves the purchase history with an anonymous ID. No name and no email address are saved.
• Write to [E-postadress] and ask us to delete the purchase history. Include the order number from the receipt from Apple or Google so we can find the right purchase. We delete it within 30 days.
• Cancel the subscription first, in the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google keep their own receipts under their own rules.
